Suggested use:

Combine one 30g scoop of VHi Whey protein powder with 4- 8oz., water, milk, or whatever is preferred any time a protein boost is needed.

Athletes with elevated protein requirements increase serving size to 2 Scoops (60 grams) of VHi Whey and mix with about 12oz. of water or whatever is preferred.
